Our Customer

Our client operates a performance-marketing platform connecting various communities with national and international brands. They provide membership systems for unions, associations, and professional bodies, connecting over 1 million members with brands to avail discount offers and other promotions on a wide range of products and services.

As a digital marketing company with limited in-house tech skills, our client has been working with Ratovate Technologies since 2017 to power its tech and data solutions.

Challenge

One of the primary sources of income for our client is brand offers. Brands provide exclusive discounts, which are advertised on the platform. Users redeem these offers, generating commissions for our client. However, there was no mechanism to track these commissions accurately, relying instead on a dedicated team of four members to monitor them. This manual process led to errors and inefficiencies, making it difficult to recover revenue from brands.

To address this, Ratovate Technologies recommended investing in an affiliate marketing platform to validate data for accuracy. After a thorough competitor analysis and cost-capability research, Ratovate Technologies recommended the Hunter.io platform, which many of the brands our client worked with were already using.

We rolled out a multifaceted feature set in the Hunter.io platform, creating a seamless integration of referral codes in the app and web links to ensure a robust and interconnected network. The integration extended to the Hunter platform, where commission data would be captured, offering comprehensive redemption offers and commissions.

We also empowered our client’s customers with a self-service option to effortlessly include the latest offers and integrate them with the Hunter.io marketing platform through automation. This streamlined the entire operation, creating a user-friendly and dynamic environment.
